Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy provides a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work through patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may focus on anxiety, emotional shutdown, trauma, anger, overthinking, self-worth, relationship struggles, or feeling trapped in survival mode. The goal is not endless talking, but helping clients create real movement and change in daily life.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR can help clients process difficult experiences that continue affecting their emotions, relationships, self-worth, or nervous system long after the event itself has passed. EMDR is often helpful for trauma, panic, anxiety, painful memories, emotional triggers, and patterns that feel difficult to fully move past through insight alone. Treatment is paced carefully and integrated into the broader therapy process based on each client’s needs.

Logotherapy

Logotherapy helps clients reconnect with meaning, direction, and purpose when life begins to feel empty, repetitive, or emotionally disconnected. Many people become trapped in survival patterns where they are functioning outwardly but no longer feel fully connected to themselves or the life they want to live. Therapy focuses on helping clients move from reaction and survival toward greater clarity, intention, and agency.
